Literally meaning "to carry", the tote was originally born as a workwear bag for several reasons: a durable material, a practical top opening and long handles that can be carried in the hand or worn over the shoulder.
During the '40s, the tote bag was used by US paperboys, however in 1944 it became a must-have accessory for everyday use and boat trips. Sebago presents an ultra-graphic, functional iteration that combines a top canvas section with a waxed cotton base, embellished with multicoloured patches that pay homage to our US origins.
As well as four outside snap button pockets, the design is equipped with one inside pocket with a snap hook keyring and several small compartments for pens, your smartphone and your cards.
Finished with leather handles and a leather Sebago patch for a sophisticated touch.
